DEFIANCE, Ohio – The trend of upsets in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference volleyball tournament continued, as the Yellow Jackets were stunned by the Hanover Panthers in a 3-0 defeat (20-25, 24-26, 21-25) on Saturday, November 9.
HANOVER, Ind. – With the Lady Jackets 3-0 victory over Hanover on Saturday, November 2, DC celebrated the title of outright Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference volleyball champions for the regular season.
TERRA HAUTE, Ind. – The Defiance College volleyball team pushed its win streak to 10 on Saturday, October 26, as DC shutout Rose-Hulman and topped Illinois Wesleyan 3-1. In the process, junior Alicia Kalik set her way into the DC record books.
DEFIANCE, Ohio – In the final regular-season home match of the 2013 season, Defiance’s senior class put together a fantastic outing that led to a 3-0 win over Anderson on Wednesday, October 23.

DEFIANCE, Ohio – After the DC volleyball team had its struggles in the mid-week matchup with Manchester, it regrouped and played extremely well on Friday, October 18 in the dominant shutout (25-11, 25-11, 25-21) of the Franklin Grizzlies.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Yellow Jackets took a pair of important matches in Kentucky Saturday afternoon, defeating defending HCAC champion, Transylvania, and one of the top programs in the country, Washington and Lee, by 3-1 victories.
DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Lady Jackets volleyball team came away with two huge victories on Saturday, October 5, as it conquered the Mount St. Joseph Lions in four sets and then silenced the Trine Thunder in the second match 3-1.
GREENCASTLE, Ind. – The Lady Jackets volleyball squad defeated the Wooster Fighting Scots in straight sets and then was shutout 3-0 by the DePauw Tigers on Saturday, September 28.
ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance volleyball team earned a split for the weekend, after it defeated the Wilmington Quakers in straight sets, but lost 3-0 to the Mount Union Purple Raiders in the second contest of the afternoon.
GREENWOOD, Ind. – For the second time in her career, junior Alicia Kalik has been selected as the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week.
HIRAM, Ohio – The Defiance College volleyball team had its five-game winning streak snapped Saturday, September 14, as it was defeated in five sets by the Hiram Terriers. However, DC rebounded to win the second match in four sets against the Baldwin-Wallace Yellow Jackets.
TIFFIN, Ohio – It was a monumental night for the Lady Jackets volleyball program, as the team got over the hump and defeated the Heidelberg Student Princes 3-2 on Tuesday, September 10.
TERRA HAUTE, Ind. – The Purple and Gold volleyball team defeated both the Webster Gorloks and Kenyon Lords in straight sets on Sunday, September 8.
DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance volleyball team got off to a hot start in its matchup with the University of Northwestern Ohio Racers on Tuesday, September 4.
