Earned four varsity letters in baseball and also participated in cross country and basketball for the Comets... Hit .432 with 21 runs scored and 21 RBIs as a senior when being named First Team All-Northern Buckeye Conference as a utility player... Also selected as a first-team performer in baseball by the Fremont News-Messenger and The Press in 2019. 

Personal: Son of Jim and Barb Vischer... Majoring in accounting... DEFIANCE, Ohio – Coming off a solid season last year, the Defiance College baseball team looks to keep improving and be in the hunt for the 2020 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship. In 2019 – after being picked to finish last in the conference by the HCAC head coaches – Defiance went 23-16-1 overall. The Yellow Jackets tied for third place in the conference at 10-8 before making a strong run with two wins at the HCAC Tournament as the No. 4 seed.
