WESTERVILLE, OHIO - Meagan Trimpey moved into fourth all-time in Defiance College history in the pentathlon setting three personal records to lead the track & field team at the All-Ohio meet hosted by Otterbein University.
Trimpey finished seventh overall in the event taking sixth in the long jump with a leap of 4.56 meters.
The sophomore took seventh in both the 60-meter hurdles and the high jump, while taking ninth in the shot put with a toss of 6.22 meters.
Trimpey also claimed a ninth place finish in the pole vault with a height of 3.20 meters.
In the weight throw, Madi Bowman claimed second and All-Ohio honors with a toss of 15.96 meters.
Defiance returns to action on Saturday, February 16 as they host the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships at the George M. Smart Center.
