DEFIANCE, Ohio – In WHAC women's soccer action on Saturday, the Defiance Yellow Jackets suffered an 8-0 loss the the Lawrence Tech Blue Devils at Winsper Knobel Memorial Field.
Lawrence Tech maintained a steady dose of pressure throughout the match against the short-handed Yellow Jackets, who were missing multiple starters due to injury. The Blue Devils posted their first goal of the game during the 10th minute. DC held defensively until the 29th minute when the Blue Devils scored twice in a two-minute span to go ahead 3-0.
LTU's Reagan Boyle scored their third goal of the first half and went on to score the first two goals of the second half to complete a hat trick.
