Women's Bowling gets final tune-up before conference championship

ALLEN PARK, Mich. - In the last regular-season meet of the season, the Defiance Yellow Jackets competed at the WHAC Greater Detroit Open at Thunderbowl Lanes on Saturday. Saturday's meet was the first competition for the program since Dec. 6.

DC had two bowlers compete in the team games, rolling a team total of 932. Carlee Hohenberink came just 3 pins shy of a 600 series, rolling a 597 (195, 202, 200) for a 14th-place individual finish that featured a high game of 202. Gabby Fisher also competed and bowled a 335 series (126, 92, 117).
