2019-20 Defiance Men's Track and Field News
This week, in conjunction with the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference, Defiance College and its athletic department are honoring seniors who were part of spring sports in 2020. Men’s track and field is the third sport featured and the lone senior on this year’s team was Kaleb Tyree (Tiffin, Ohio/Columbian).
DEFIANCE, Ohio – Women’s and men’s track and field, because of eight individual titles since 2011, are highlighted on this date, April 21, in recent Defiance College athletics history while the softball team swept a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader two years ago. Also, in baseball, Defiance has two HCAC wins since 2013.

CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field preseason poll, announced Thursday morning, saw Defiance College picked to finish 10th in both men’s and women’s action.
FINDLAY, Ohio – A small contingent of the Defiance College track and field team made their way to the University of Findlay on Saturday as part of the Findlay Open.
TIFFIN, Ohio – Four members of the Defiance College indoor track and field program made the trip to Tiffin University on Saturday. The Yellow Jackets competed as part of a strong field at the Tiffin Alumni Open.
