Thomas, Jackets finish runner-up at Triple Threat

YORKTOWN, Ind. - The Defiance Yellow Jackets posted runner-up finishes on the individual and team leaderboards in Wednesday's Triple Threat at The Players Club at Woodland Trails, hosting by Earlham College.

Peyton Thomas led the Yellow Jackets with a 75 and finished 2nd overall, just 3 shots behind the winner. It was also Thomas' second runner-up finish of the year. Brayden Allen earned a top-5 finish with an even round of 80, while Alex Moritz also garned his first top-10 finish of the season with an 82.

Indiana Tech took home the hardware from a team and individual standpoint, shooting 316 as a team and Calvin Hartleroad capturing medalist with an even-par 72.
