Quoting Head Coach Shane Gardner
"The non-conference part of our schedule early on will be a challenge as we hit the road for all 22 games. We have a young team so those early challenges should help with game day experiences prior to conference play. Having 4 games in a weekend will prepare us for the setup of conference play. It will give us a chance to get guys in and see where they fit. The conference has gotten stronger so it will be a challenge with those early road trips. I am excited to see our team compete and to see this group grow together on the field. We are ready to hit the road against some very good programs and see where we are at!"
