Men's Tennis Drops Road Contest with Earlham

RICHMOND, IND. - The Defiance College men's tennis team made the trip south to Richmond, Ind. to take on the always strong Earlham College Quakers on Wednesday afternoon. The Yellow Jackets fell to EC, 9-0.

Ring Lardner (Milford, Del. / Milford) posted the strongest performance for Defiance, taking two games from his Earlham opponent. 

Ethan Harris (Huntertown, Ind. / Carroll) took one game in number one singles, falling 6-0, 6-1. 

Jared Schnee (Bellevue) battled to win one game as well, similarly falling 6-0, 6-1. 

Defiance will continue the stretch of away HCAC fixtures with a trip to Hanover College Saturday, April 13. First serve is slated for 11:00 am.
